The latest visual glitch comes from theZelda: Tears of the KingdomsubReddit by a user named vixnvox. In a short clip, the player is ridingZelda’s Golden Horsethrough Death Mountain normally up an incline. Suddenly, the horse rears up as though it stumped over a hidden rock, and during that jump animation, it gets stuck as though it is frozen in air. Interestingly enough, the horse still functions as expected, though with the legs stuck in place, the horse now appears to be hovering above the ground.
TheTears of the Kingdomcommunity had plenty of fun with this one, as many people leaving comments replied with jokes implying that the horse was a player creation by fusing Zonai devices together, or referencing the fact thatSkyrimhas had countless visual glitches related to horses. One player even remarked that being able to hover above the ground would have been extremely helpful to get out of a tough situation they found themselves in earlier with a horse stuck up on a cliff.
One of the most high profile glitches since the first official update was a duplication glitch that allowedTears of the Kingdomplayers to hold materials and duplicate themwhile in the air. It quickly became a massively popular way to get huge amounts of items, though Nintendo worked quickly to remove it. While the update left most fans disappointed, new methods were found, even if they weren’t quite as easy to pull off.
