The process offinding and catching a Legendary Pokemonmay be old news at this point for many trainers, but this guide will spell out exactly how to find, encounter, and catch each of these Pokemon during the event window for players who may be new to the process.

How to find Latios and Latias?

Latias and Latios will be appearing in five-star raids from Tuesday, June 06, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. to Saturday, July 29, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. local time. That means that players should be able to use their Nearby radar and local raiding communities to find Legendary Eggs to monitor. Once a Legendary Egg at a Gym hatches, players will be able to see if Latios or Latias was inside.

Keep in mind that players who have a team bonus, Friendship bonus, and damage bonus will earn the most Premium Pokeballs and have the best change at actually catching the Pokemon during the encounter.

This would be a perfect time touse some Golden Razz Berriesif trainers have a few to spare. Players who are skilled enough should also consider going for Great or Excellent curveballs during the encounter.
