Reddit user JJonnie shared their creative Lucario redesign to thePokemonsubreddit, featuring a unique take on the beloved creature. Referred to as Lucanine, the Reddit user’s Lucario concept stands on all fours, as opposed toLucario’s usual bipedal design, while also swapping its Steel typing for Fire. The post also imagines a Shiny variant of the Lucario redesign with golden fur and blue flames.

Many fans in the comments were not only impressed by the stunning Lucario redesign, but also made reference to the spirit companion’s striking similarity to another franchise.
