Energy Links areOnce Human’smost basic form of currency. If you want to stay ahead of everyone else, then you’ll need tons of these so you can get an advantage when it comes to gear and perks. Energy Links are pretty easy to get, but if you need them in bulk, you’ll start running into problems.
The fastest ways of getting Energy Links hasn’t changed much from the previous betas andthe current release ofOnce Human. If you’re looking to get thousands of Energy Links per hour, here are two of the best ways to do so.

Updated Jul 21, 2025 by Marc Santos:Farming Energy Links remains as important as ever in Once Human, especially for players who want to get those Starchrom Crates at the end of every scenario. While the methods listed in this guide still work, we’ve added a few more to help players who need to get more Energy Links as quickly as possible. This guide has been updated to include a section covering the best items to sell in the game to make Energy Links a problem of the past.
How To Farm Energy Links In Once Human
There are a couple of ways to get Energy Links. If you can’t be bothered to do one, there’s always the other to try out:
Crafting and selling equipment is the easiest way to earn Energy Links. However, this method is very expensive, especially in the early game where players don’t have many resources to work with. Although, if you finda nice spot full of Iron inOnce Human, you can start making and selling iron-tier items for a decent profit. You don’t necessarily need to use Iron — if you find a good place for farming Tin and Copper, you can craftBronze Pickaxesand sell them to NPC vendors for a good chunk of Energy Links in the early game.

Once you level up and unlock new areas, the best items to sell are Silver andGold Ingot. You’ll have to unlock the necessary perks before you can start crafting them, though. Other items like Salt, Iced Tea,Canned Meat, andCorn Aleare also very good as barter items. If you can’t get any gold or silver, these are your best alternatives.
Clearing Securement Silos
Securement Silos are basically dungeons filled with loot and enemies. Naturally, they can be very dangerous. You’ll want tocraft new guns inOnce Human, preferably the highest tier you’re able to get, before attempting to challenge one.
Finishing a Securement Silo takes about 10 minutesdepending on how strong you are and how thoroughly you explore. Here, you may find plenty of loot boxes containing items that you can sell to vendors. You also get a few thousand Energy Links at the end of the run too.The higher the silo’s level and difficulty, the more rewards you get at the end.

Best Items To Sell For Energy Links
There are tons of valuable items that players can just sell to vendors to make a quick buck. For example,Combo Chipsets inOnce Humancan go for as high as 12,000 EL when sold. Here’s a list of things you can sell for more Energy Links.
