Summary
Yuji Itadori is the protagonistofJujutsu Kaisenand, over the years, fans have seen him progress by leaps and bounds. Yuji might not be the most skilled or strongest at the moment, however, he is a fast learner and he has shown tremendous growth across the series.
He has also engaged in many battles which he has dominated thoroughly, thanks to his incredible powers. Yuji has countless fights that he has taken part in and, only a few stand out as the very best.
This list doesn’t include fights that Sukuna fought in Yuji’s body.
6Yuji Vs Ko Guy
Winner: Yuji
At the beginning of Shibuya, Yuji ended up pointing against Ko Guy, a grasshopper curse. This fight wasn’t all that difficult for him at all. It served as a reminder to the fans that Yuji was quite powerful.
Even though Ko Guy attacked in a very unusual manner and was largely unpredictable, Yuji ended up dealing with him without much trouble, thanks to his Divergent Fist.
5Yuji Vs Yuta
Winner: Yuta
Yuji fought against Yuta following the conclusion of the Shibuya Incident Arc. For all Sukuna did in Yuji’s body, his execution date was announced, and this execution was carried out by Yuta himself. This fight was incredibly difficult for Yuji as he absolutely could not compete.
Yuta barely utilized his powersyet succeeded in killing Yuji, however, Gojo had already told him to protect Yuji if something happened to him. Because of that, Yuta ended up using his powers to fake his execution and protect him.
4Yuji Vs Aoi Todo
Winner: N/A
Yuji versus Aoi Todo happened very earlyinto the season 1 ofJJK. This fight was absolutely amazing as not only did it give fans a look at Yuji’s growing powers but it also showcased the incredible might of Aoi Todo.
These characters went head to head and fans absolutely loved this clash. What made it even more interesting was the growing brotherhood between these two characters that blossomed in this fight. Later on, they combined their forces to fight against an even stronger enemy and, that, when combined with everything, makes this fight really special for fans of the series.
3Yuji Vs Hanami
Winner: N/A. Fight Interrupted By Gojo
Yuji fought against Hanami with help from Aoi Todo in season 1 ofJJK. This fight was extremely difficult for Yuji, given that Hanami was one of the Special Grade Curses who could defeat the vast majority of sorcerers.
Yuji did incredibly well against Hanami all on his own, however, when his life was in danger, Todo stepped in and these two decided to tag team against the powerful curse. Yuji learned the ability to perform Black Flash in this fight and landed consecutive blows as well. When joining forces with Todo, Yuji was able to dominate Hanami and take it by surprise on every single occasion. This fight was unfinished since Gojo ended up intervening and launched a powerful Hollow Purple at Hanami. Regardless, this is an incredibly exciting fight that fans absolutely enjoyed.
2Yuji Vs Choso
Winner: Choso
In the Shibuya arcofJJK, Yuji ended up fighting against Choso, one of the Cursed Womb Death Paintings. Choso wanted to avenge the death of his brothers, Eso and Kechizu, at the hands of Yuji and Nobara. He took his anger out on Yuji and absolutely demolished him in battle. Yuji was able to put up a fight to some extent, however, he was largely overpowered and outclassed in this clash.
In the end, Yuji could have easily died, however, Choso got a vision of him by Yuji’s side. Essentially, this was because they both shared the same parent in Kenjaku. While this fight never concluded properly, it was one of the most intense ones, especially in the anime, which went a step beyond to make it an exciting clash.
1Yuji Vs Mahito
Winner: Yuji and Todo
Yuji fought against Mahito on various occasions and every single one of those fights was exciting for the fans. The first time Yuji fought properly against Mahito was after the death of Junpei. Shortly after, Yuji and Nanami joined forces to take down Mahito and nearly succeeded in doing so.
However,it was in the Shibuya arcthat this fight truly blossomed. After the death of Nanami and even Nobara, Yuji was utterly enraged to the point where he absolutely had to demolish Mahito in combat. Yuji fought incredibly well and evolved greatly in this fight. In the end, Todo ended up providing aid to him and these two characters, together, crushed Mahito to a point where he was left helpless. Mahito then ended up being consumed by Kenjaku.
