Jinhsi is the Magistrate of Jinzhou inWuthering Waves. According to the Resonance Evaluation Report, Jinhsi isclassified as a Congenital Resonatorwith high certainty that she bears no risk of Overclocking. This means she can fight Tacet Discord without having to worry about losing control.
The interesting thing is, however, the report mentioned that her Resonance pattern has a striking resemblance to Sentinel Jue. This may be due to her being chosen by Jue to be the magistrate, allowing her to have deeper connections to the Sentinel. In battle, she also bears some markings of Jue, such as having a pair of Loong Horns when using her Forte. If players are planning to get the Magistrate on her banner, it’s a good idea to farm forJinhsi ascension materials and skill level-up materials inWuthering Waves.
