FortniteUpdate 15.30 is now live, and it adds some new content to Epic Games' battle royale sensation. Among this content are two new Exotic weapons, the Burst Quad Launcher and the Chug Cannon, and many players will undoubtedly be interested in giving them a try. The first step to doing this is to locateFortnite’s new Exotic weapons, and this guide is here to assist with exactly that.
To put things simply, both of the Exotic weapons featured in the new update can be purchased fromNPCs inFortnite. More specifically, the Burst Quad Launcher comes from Fishstick, while players can pickup the Chug Cannon from Remedy. Upon locating one of these NPCs, players should approach and press the input that displays onscreen to talk to them. Initiating this dialogue will cause a new menu to appear, and fans will find the option to purchase the relevant Exotic weapon there. Notably, both the Burst Quad Launcher and Chug Cannon cost 600Gold Bars inFortnite, and players that have not been stockpiling this new currency may need to do a bit of farming.
With respect to the function of these newExotic weapons inFortnite, the Burst Quad Launcher has fairly straightforward offensive capabilities, shooting two explosives, each of which deal 42 damage, when fired. The Chug Cannon, on the other hand, is more of a utility weapon, restoring 15 Health or Shields to anyone in its blast area.
