Accolades have been part ofFortnitefor a while now, but they didn’t get as much attention until Chapter 5 Season 3 launched. Before, gamers saw Accolade as nothing more than mere achievements that they could complete each in order to receive a small amount of XP. However, now it feels much better to receive Accolades, as they are neatly displayed in one’s Collection.
This guide will tell players how they can open their Collections tab and check out their season Accolades. For doing so, gamers will also receive 15,000 XP as part of the Chapter 5 Season 3 Jumpstart Quests.
How to Open Collections
The Collections tab is hidden in plain sight; it’s in one of the main menus, but it’s not a noticeable button, so it’s not uncommon for gamers to miss it completely.
To find the Collections tab inFortnite, players have to open the Quests menu. When they enter the Quests section, the game will immediately select the top set of quests, so open the Collections tab, gamers have to scroll up and select it.
How to View Accolades
When players open the Collections tab, they’ll be taken to theCharacters Collection, which showcases all the NPCs that they’ve located and interacted with on the Battle Royale island. On the left, they can open the map. However,to take a look at Accolades inFortnite, gamers have to open the tab on the right.
Here they will be able to check out all eight categories of Accolades available inFortnite: First in Match, Weapons, Combat, Victory Royale, Survival, Resources, Special, and Seasonal.
As gamers playFortnite, they’ll unlock certain Accolades several times, and as this number increases, it’ll automatically be registered in the Accolades tab. It’s a great for fans to keep track of all sorts of stats. Before theend Chapter 5 Season 3, players should take a look at the Accolades they unlocked most times and compared it with their teammates.
