The B-rank enemy can be found in Sanbreque, and, conveniently, in Lostwing. Simplyfast travelto the nearby Obelisk, and then head east to reach the entrance of an underground passage. Go all the way to the end and find the enemy waiting.
How to Beat Holy Trumpitour in Final Fantasy 16
