A new game mechanic known asScribing is one of the most prominent features inGold Road, completely rewriting how magic can be used in-game. Scribing’s main purpose is to give more power to the player in how they want to tailor their magical abilities and roleplaying perspectives, introducing brand-new skills known as Grimoires. While coming with base features, Grimoires come with three levels of further customization that is left to the player’s discretion, giving three unique functions to a specific ability depending on the situation the player finds themselves in.
This intriguing new mechanic is set to be a staple ofGold Road’s gameplay, with fans already thinking of how they can specialize certain abilities for the upcoming experience.
