Although these bosses can be taken on alone, it does not mean that they are easy wins.World bosses are themselvestough, and they are often accompanied by minions and totems that make the fight even harder. These are some of thebest world boss fights inThe Elder Scrolls Online, not necessarily in terms of difficulty, but in terms of the challenges they pose, and the satisfaction gained from each fight.
10Ghoragham
Ghoragham is a ghost world boss, and he resides at Angarvunde Mound, which is a hollow dragon mound in The Rift. What makes this boss fight interesting is that Ghoragham goes underground and a bunch of Draugr spawn that one has to battle instead.
Once they are defeated, Ghoragham comes above ground and the player can work on taking him out until he disappears again. If one manages to wipe out the Draugr quicker, preferably with AOE damage, then it is ultimately easier to defeat the boss. This is a fun fight, as players are in a sort of hide and seek game with Ghoragham until he is defeated.

9Rageclaw
The werewolf boss, Rageclaw, can be found in Rageclaw’s Den in the region of Eastmarch. Being a lone werewolf, Rageclaw seems like a simple fight at first, until his health hits about 60 percent and threeother werewolves appear.
The three adds also deal about the same damage as the boss, and there are multiple waves of them depending on how long it takes to kill Rageclaw. This boss fight challenges players to come up with a strategy to deal with four werewolves at once, and can therefore be very satisfying once completed.

8Aurig Mireh
A part of theGolden Saint race, Aurig Mireh is a boss that must be defeated in order to clear the Shivering Shrine location in the region of Stonefalls. Aurig Mireh hits hard and creates various problems for players, such as immobilizing them. This boss also summons portals regularly, from which Scamps emerge to make the battle even more difficult.

With AOE damage, players can deal with the Scamps and focus on the boss, who is very dangerous. With all this going on, the Golden Saint boss fight keeps players on the edge of their seats until Aurig Mireh is defeated.
7Menhir Stoneskin
Many fans agree that Menhir Stoneskin is one ofThe Elder Scrolls Online’s toughest world bosses. This gargoyle boss guards Valeguard Tower, which is in the Rivenspire region. Menhir Stoneskin is not so much the challenge in this battle, but the Carved Mages and Carved Ravagers that he summons are.
The Mage and melee adds can cause a lot of damage to the player, and the Mages also healthe boss and each other. This makes for a challenging and fun fight for players who dare to take on Menhir Stoneskin.

6Captain Virindi Slave-Taker
Leader of the Keel Cutters, who reside in Thrall Cove in the region of Hew’s Bane in Hammerfell, Captain Virindi Slave-Taker is a Maormer pirate captain and world boss. There are a few things that make this boss fight interesting - the first being that the ship also attacks players with lighting bolts during the battle.
Captain Virindi Slave-Taker also has a whirlwind ability that stuns players unless they stay within melee range of her. These mechanics, among others, make the fight very engaging and a fun challenge for players.

5Dismantler The Dwarven Colossus
This boss can be found at the Colossus Charging Station in southernDark Moon Grotto in Blackreach. Apart from looking quite impressive, the Dwarven Colossus boss fight is a good test of one’s build as the boss deals a lot of AOE damage that players need to be able to absorb.
Unlike other boss fights, in the Dwarven Colossus, the focus seems to be on the huge boss more than on the adds. And so players can enjoy facing the boss head-on instead of being bothered by too many adds.

4Ri’Atahrashi
The Pahmar-raht boss, Ri’Atahrashi, can be found training monks at his training groundsin Southern Elsweyr. In this fight, Ri’Atahrashi’s students pose more of a threat than the boss himself. With their ranged fireball attacks and significant AOE damage, the adds are the ones to look out for.

Moreover, as soon as the adds are killed off, more will simply come out of the gate, and so players need to devise a solid strategy to defeat this boss. Because of its mechanics and strategic approach, this boss fight is as satisfying as it is difficult.
3Haeliata And Nagravia
In Gryphon Run in Summerset, players will find two gryphons, Haeliata and Nagravia, that they need to defeat. Players battle against one gryphon at a time at first, but the fight becomes more demanding when both bosses swoop down and attack together.
There aren’t any adds in this fight, but the gryphons alone deal huge amounts of AOE damage on the ground, while also attacking from the sky, and so this boss fight stretches players' abilities and builds. These two world bosses are great fun to play since they are so challenging to beat.

2Zandadunoz The Reborn
The formidable boss, Zandadunoz the Reborn, is located at the Unfinished Dolmen, west of Frostbreak Fortress. To start off with, Zandadunoz only appears once players defeat the Worm Cultists andDaedra wavesfirst. This means that one goes into the fight after already taking some damage.
For players who love epic battles, this boss fight should be very satisfying, as there are Scamps that constantly emerge from portals while the boss himself possesses damage over time and fire abilities. Like many others, players need to go into this fight having prepared an appropriate strategy and build.

1Walks-Like-Thunder
While all the other boss fights on this list can be cleared solo, this one is nearly impossible to complete alone. Walks-Like-Thunder is a Mireguant who be found at Echoing Hollow in northern Murkmire. The boss himself is not that deadly, but there are totems that spawn regularly that heal the boss to full unless they are destroyed.
If one was to team up with another player, this boss fight becomes interesting and fun, as one player can destroy the totems while the other handles the boss.
