Many fans have completed the game multiple times and have killed tough bosses like Malenia hundreds of times. These fans often turn toElden Ring’s PvP mode in search of more challenging opponents. Many times, gamers successfully invade another world and manage to kill the host. However, a handful of invasions don’t go as planned and the invader suffers a horrible fate. Reddit user Daddy_Gwyn crossed paths with one such invader whose plans were foiled. The user uploaded a minute-long video that shows their encounter with aBloody Finger invader inElden Ring. As soon as the player spawns in Daddy_Gwyn’s world, they are greeted with anElden Ringenemy assisting the Redditor. Despite facing two formidable rivals, the invader puts up a strong fight and tries their best to even the odds.
The Bloody Finger initially dodges multiple attacks and even lands a few blows on the two adversaries. Regardless, the invader was no match for Daddy_Gwyn and their accomplice, who killed them in less than a minute. The final few seconds of the video show the original poster taunting the Bloody Finger by doing the “Fire Spur Me” gesture. Eventually, the post sparked interesting comments from theElden Ringcommunity, who showed their appreciation through more than 2,500 upvotes. Mostly, users applauded Daddy_Gwyn’s ingenuity for using the NPC to their advantage and were curious about replicating the feat.
The original poster later clarified that they used the Bewitching Branch that helps in controllingElden Ringfoes to attack other enemies. Daddy_Gwyn also used the Taunter’s Tongue, a multiplayer item that allows invasions without the presence of a Furled Finger cooperator and reduces the time between invasions.
Many people were also curious about Daddy_Gwyn’sarmor inElden Ringand the enemy who was assisting them. A user named Throck–Morton commented that the enemy in the video is the Fire Prelate, one of the rarest in the Lands Between, who wields the Fire Prelate armor set and Prelate’s Inferno Crozier. Besides powerful melee attacks, the Fire Prelate spews fire from the vessel on its head, dealing severe damage.
