One of the most popular kinds ofFF7 Remakemodslies in the realm of the aesthetic. Many seek to just change hair or eye color, but some go for a whole costume redesign. It’s always pretty popular to do this with another franchise in mind, and such is the case with theAerith - Asuka (Flare Cosplay) Mod by MonkeyMan Modswith credit given to modders Raq and Ruris.
This one is fairly straightforward, as it puts Aerith in Asuka’s costume fromNeon Genesis Evangelion. It’s specifically based on the “Flare” figurine of Asuka, so it’s not quite what she wore in the anime. Regardless,Neon Genesisis a classic, and the costume is genuinely impressive in its attention to detail.
