The tweet briefly explained that the Shapeshifter can morph into any living Crewmate for a short period of time. On the game’s website, more details and information about the role are shared. TheShapeshifter seems to be an Imposter skillthat can randomly be assigned during a game. This skill gives the Imposter access to a menu that lets them transform into any currently living Crewmate. However, shapeshifting will only last for a limited time, and will leave traces of the transformation as evidence. For players with sharp senses, this may be the best clue to determine if a Shapeshifter is among the Crewmates.
